State Workers Insurance Fund (SWIF) petitions for review of an order of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the order of a Workers Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Douglas Gill (Claimant) benefits pursuant to the provisions of the Workers Compensation Act (Act) and finding SWIF to be the insurance carrier responsible for payment of said benefits. We affirm.
